An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a friendly and well-established NFU Mutual Agency serving the local community in Barnard Castle.

We are looking for a reliable and personable individual to become part of our small, experienced team, providing support to customers across a range of insurance services.

This is a varied role which will involve:

• Supporting customers with insurance enquiries
• Handling general office administration and correspondence
• Maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent customer service
• Working as part of a close-knit, supportive team

We are looking for:

• Previous office-based experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A positive, proactive approach and willingness to learn
• Insurance experience is desirable but not essential

You will initially receive training at our Durham office (Thinford Park), before being based full-time in our Barnard Castle office.

Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience
