Practice Nurse required

Part-Time hours (negotiable) Maximum 16hrs

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic registered nurse to join our nursing team at a busy 9 GP Practice.

Experience in Chronic Disease Management preferred but not essential as training will be offered and would be supported for the right candidate.

Salary according to qualifications and experience.
