Ivo aims to raise a laugh when he brings tour to Barnard Castle

MIDWEEK comedy comes to Barnard Castle next week in the shape of Ivo Graham.

He is bringing his show Motion Sickness to The Witham on Tuesday, November 27.

His show enjoyed a sell-out run at this year’s Edinburgh Fringe, leading to a nationwide tour.

Since becoming the first winner of So You Think You’re Funny in 2009, Ivo Graham has gone on to tour four shows and gain increasing popularity as one of the bright young lights of British comedy. 

TV and radio-wise, he has appeared on Live At The Apollo, Mock The Week, Live From The BBC, Roast Battle, Jon Richardson’s Ultimate Worrier, Fighting Talk, The Now Show, andIt’s Not What You Know. 

The show is brought to Barnard Castle by Funny Way To Be Comedy and promoter Peter Dixon said: “We are delighted to bring rising comedy star Ivo Graham back to Barnard Castle.

“Since he headlined a mix bill of comedians for us in 2015 he as gone on to appear in numerous TV shows and is recognised as one of the acts that is highly likely to become a major comedy star. 

“His current tour show is receiving tremendous audience and critical acclaim. The support act for the evening will be Jake Lambert, another young comedian who is clearly extremely talented and very funny.”
