Standards high at Baek Ho Taekwondo competition

Baek Ho Taekwondo club recently held a Poomse/Pattern competition at Mickleton Village Hall.

The standard was very high and students were assessed by four judges and trophies and medals were awarded for each category.

Students could compete individually or in pairs.

Great etiquette, discipline and skill were on show.

Grandmaster Bryan and his wife were invited to enjoy the performances.

Students from afar as Bishop Auckland came to attend. Well done everyone.
