Residents will gin and bear it for Stainton Village Hall

BOTTOMS UP: Debbie Williams

RESIDENTS in Stainton Village are looking forward to raising a glass to that great British beverage gin this weekend.

Organised by the village hall committee, the gin night is planned for Saturday, August 18, where people will have the opportunity to taste about six varieties of gin, with different syrups and mixes.

Amanda Pettitt, of the hall committee, said people will receive their own Fever Tree gin glass and complimentary gin and tonic on entry.

There will also be a variety of fruits to complement the gin tasting sessions.
