Major plans to redevelop Eggleston Village Hall

Major plans are being put forward to redevelop Eggleston Village Hall.

Residents will have the opportunity to find out about the plans during a redevelopment evening on Monday, August 24, at 7.30pm.

The proposals include disabled access toilets, a brand-new kitchen and improved access throughout the building.

David Hutchinson of the village hall committee said: “We’re excited to share plans for a major redevelopment to make the hall more accessible, modern and welcoming for everyone.

“Let’s build a hall that works for all – now and for generations to come.”

During the evening people will have an opportunity to meet the architects, view the redevelopment plans, ask questions and share their ideas.

Tea, coffee and biscuits will be available during the evening.
