Can you still complete legal matters in lockdown this November? Tilly Bailey & Irvine Solicitors in Teesside is glad to report that yes, you can.

As was the case when similar rules were enforced in the UK back in March to limit the spread of Covid-19, it will be business as usual for Tilly Bailey & Irvine Solicitors, thanks to extensively tested technology throughout the firm and safety precautions put in place to assure client and staff safety at all times.

Our doors remain closed to the general public, but that does not mean that you cannot complete a legal matter during this four-week lockdown. In fact, we have been delighted with the way that the transition, if you like, to remote matters has progressed since it originally became the safest way to progress with our services back in the Spring.

Legal services can be done so through phone calls, email and by numerous video call methods available such as Zoom, Skype, Microsoft Teams and more. Just let us know your preferred methods, and we shall advise with you the ways that certain matters can be completed to ensure they are done professionally, accurately and of course, safely.

If there is a question that you feel uncertain on the answer to, please call us or make an online enquiry via our website. Also, check out the TBI blog page to see if your question has already been answered in a column from one of our experts, or for news and legal updates from our firm and the sector.

Our staff will continue to work from home when possible, but in scenarios when we must work from our north east offices in Hartlepool, Stockton, Wynyard or Barnard Castle, a vast amount of research and precaution has been taken to ensure maximum safety and limit the risk.

During this ongoing pandemic, we again ask that you be patient as matters may take a little longer in these circumstances, but we are confident that your matters will be dealt with in our usual manner with experience gained and new systems of working now tried and tested. You will have heard that some solicitors are closed and obviously, this will have an effect on some transactions where you have lawyers on both sides.

Call 0333 444 4422 or make an online enquiry to speak to Tilly Bailey & Irvine Solicitors in Barnard Castle safely and securely.
