Two shows in one night when top comedian comes to Barney

NEW DATES: Comedian Jason Manford

TWO shows featuring top comedian Jason Manford scheduled for Barnard Castle next month have been postponed to the new year due to the continuing effects of the Covid-19 alert.
The Mancunian funnyman was due to perform two “in progress” shows ahead of a huge national tour at The Witham on September 16 and 17.
The September 16 show will now take place at 6pm, on Saturday, January 16, with the September 17 performance now scheduled for 9pm on January 16.
Promoter Peter Dixon, of Funny Way To Be Comedy, said: “The very good news is that the show for which you have tickets has been rescheduled to Saturday, January 16.
“Existing tickets are still valid and ticket holders have been informed as to which time their show has been changed to.
“The postponement means that we are doing both our shows on the same Saturday which very much adds to the excitement of the event for us, but we are especially pleased that we have been able to work out postponed times with Jason.”
Jason Manford said: “I’m gutted that I’ve had to reschedule my warm-up shows, as I’ve been so excited to get back on stage after being stuck indoors since March, but safety has to come first.
“Thankfully we’ve only got to wait a few more months before we can sit in The Witham together and have a big old laugh. See you in January.”
