Guitar hero Albert’s back in the dale

GRAMMY-winning guitar legend Albert Lee (above) returns to Mickleton this weekend for what could be his final visit to the dale.

The 75-year-old has played alongside everyone from the Everley Brothers to Eric Clapton and continues to tour as a solo artist backed by a three-piece band. Now living in Los Angeles, and with a number of other projects on the go, he will headline Mickleton Live on Saturday, May 25, as part of a 16-date UK tour.

A regular visitor to Mickleton, there are just a few tickets available for the show. They are £25 or £28 on the night if there are any left.
