Summer darts wraps up with finals night

BARNARD Castle Summer Darts League drew to a close with the finals night held at the town’s cricket club on Friday, September 27.

Fittingly the cricket club’s PD team emerged league winners closely followed by the Commercial Hotel. Ste Addison won the singles and also the pairs with teammate Dave Brown.

Commercial turned tables on PD by taking the 1001 honours with PD settling for second. Wooden spoon on the night was awarded to Barnard Castle Cricket Club Red.
