RABY’S junior coaches are hoping to build on this season’s success.
The club is are planning to run teams at U9, U11 and U 13 level in next season’s Durham Cricket Board junior league
The club is also hoping to run a joint team with Middleton-in-Teesdale CC at U15 level and include any other players from the area who are looking for a game.
Matches will be played at Middleton.
Talks are also ongoing about staging a three-week youth tournament next summer.
The event had been planned for last season, but was cancelled due to the Covid-19 situation.
It is still at an early stage of planning, but if it goes ahead, it is likely to be staged in late July/August next year.
