Woof justice? Can you help pooch claim prize

PERFECT PET: This dog has won a prize in pet pageant but the owners are a mystery

ORGANISERS of a doggy Christmas pageant at The Witham, in Barnard Castle, last month are hoping to identify the owner of a lovely looking pooch so a prize can be claimed.

Cllr Sandra Moorhouse, from organisers Making Barney Brighter Together, said: “We have a winner of the competition and two runners up, so far so good, but we have a little problem. Somehow we don’t have the name or any contact details for the owner of one beautiful doggy.”

David Williams, of Calico Images, took photos of all the entrants and the winners will be presented with their prizes of framed photographs and dog food when all have been identified. Anyone who owns this four-legged friend can email sandra.dickensintees
