Hospice donation in memory of Bernard

LASTING TRIBUTE: Musician Bernard Haston

IN REMEMBRANCE of the Bernard Haston, much loved founding member of Teesdale Folk, the group has donated £400 to a memory tree at St Teresa’s Hospice.
The donation has also been made in appreciation of the care and support that Mr Haston and his family received.
The tree was established with help of Darlington Building Society to enable lasting tributes to loved ones. Names are engraved on gold, silver or bronze leaves and added to the tree, which in normal times can be visited at the hospice by arrangement.
Mr Haston, who played fiddle and double bass, died in January.
