Former hospice boss jailed for credit card fraud amounting to £90,768.

JAILED: Graham Leggatt-Chidgey

THE former chief executive of the Butterwick Hospice has been jailed for four years for credit card fraud amounting to £90,768 while working for the charity.

Graham Leggatt-Chidgey, of The Dovecote, Rokeby, near Barnard Castle, was sentenced today.

The 63-year-old left the charity suddenly before his arrest last year. He had been at the helm for more than two decades.
