Two local blokes hit right note

TWO LOCAL BLOKES: Eddie Tinkler

ENTERTAINERS James Dykes and Eddie Tinkler tuned up to put on a show for residents at Charles Dickens Lodge, in Barnard Castle.
Performing as Two Local Blokes, Mr Dykes said: “I can’t believe how nervous I was, but that broke the ice nicely.”
The town duo hope the show will be the first of many.
“We hope to do the first cancer committee fundraiser at the cricket club soon, and we are now ready to do the same at similar venues up and down the dale – lunch clubs, care homes, etc – whenever they feel it is safe enough for their members/ residents,” added Mr Dykes.
Proceeds from their performances will go towards local charities.
