VARIED AND ENJOYABLE: The Meraki Duo performed at the first of a new season of Sunday afternoon concerts

Review : The Meraki Duo

The Witham

THE Witham recently treated us to a very good concert, part of their Sunday afternoon series. This was the Meraki Duo.

Both the flautist and the guitarist were excellent players who blended together perfectly.

The music they played was varied and very enjoyable.

The high-quality performers the Witham brings to Teesdale deserve our maximum support.

The next Sunday afternoon concert will be by the fine pianist Melvyn Tan on February 9, at 2.30pm.

Support this event if you can.
