Barnard Castle’s arts centre to unveil summer programme

INVITATION: Sarah Gent

WHAT’S on at The Witham this summer will be unveiled at a special event next week.

Arts centre officials are inviting anyone interested along to the complex on Thursday, April 4, from 6pm to 6.45pm to find out more.

Marketing manager Sarah Gent will be presenting a new programme of events that she says demonstrates a more inclusive schedule of events from May to August.

There will be free nibbles available in the cafe and the Witham Shop will be open for people to have a browse and explore all the new stock available.

“We’d love people to come and discover what’s happening at The Witham, using this evening as a positive insight into the exciting developments not only in the events programme but also in our cafe bar and shop,” said Ms Gent.

“There are some great events planned over the summer as well as the launch of our new Friends scheme and a film club.
